Antoinette 'Toni' F. O'Neill

Antoinette ‘Toni’ Frances O’Neill, age 84, of Clinton, NJ passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Morris View Healthcare Center in Morristown, NJ. 

She was born on June 20, 1939 in Somerville, NJ.  She was a lifelong resident of Clinton and resided in the same home that she grew up in.   

She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Antoinette O’Neill.

Toni is survived by her significant other of 50 years, Alfonse ‘Al’ P. Tedesco.

She was a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School in Annandale, NJ and also Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, PA.   

Toni worked various administrative jobs over the years.  She retired from Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in 2008.

Memberships include Immaculate Conception Church in Annandale, NJ where she was very active with the parish festival every year. She was also an active member of the Lions Club where she was past president. 

Toni enjoyed watching sports, especially Notre Dame football (her twin brother’s alma mater).  She also loved doing puzzles.

Survivors in addition to her beloved significant other, Al Tedesco, include nine nieces/nephews; Jeff O’Neill, Karen O’Neill, Randi Hurley, Susan Olsen, Kirsten Soriano, Colleen Fagan, Terence Fagan, James Tedesco Jr. and Janice Matos.  Several great-nieces and great-nephews.  Survivors also include her sisters-in-law; Irene O’Neill and Frances Tedesco.  One brother-in-law; John Fagan. 

Predeceased by three siblings; Eugene O’Neill, Eugenie Olsen and Maria Fagan.  She is also predeceased by her brothers-in-law; Wesley Olsen and James Tedesco.  One nephew; Eugene O’Neill.

Calling hours will take place on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 4-7pm at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ.  Funeral Mass will be Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 10am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale, NJ.  Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Clinton, NJ.
