Curt Miles Yengst, 52, of Allentown P.A. went home to be with the Lord on Friday January 14, 2022. He was born on March 4th, 1969 in Plainfield, N.J. He was the beloved husband of Dawn Marie Yengst, celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary on October 5th, 2021. Curt leaves behind their 4 precious children, Isabelle, Miles, Coleman, and Gwendolyn. He was the son of Miles and Esther Blackford Yengst of Branchburg, N.J. He earned an Associate’s Degree from Thomas Edison University. Curt was a Radio and TV Engineer and a Registered Senior Member of the SBE, Society of Broadcast Engineers. He previously worked for The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as an engineer for their daily radio program, Decision Today. He was also employed by WAWZ Star 99.1 FM and was currently working for Lighthouse TV/WBPH-60 in Bethlehem/Philadelphia, P.A. Curt is a published author which includes the book “Tempus Fugit” and regular contributions of professional trade articles for Radio World Magazine. These articles include his own audio and recording equipment designs as well as industry product reviews. He was a self-taught musician who wrote, engineered, and produced music in his studio, Zerro House Productions. He was an avid videographer who enjoyed recording and producing children’s musical and theater productions, the most recent for local children’s theater, Players of the Stage. Curt was a passionate follower of the “Blue Angels” and an ordained minister that had a knack for public speaking and an infectious laugh. Most of all, Curt enjoyed spending time with his family and he always had a “dad joke” or story to tell. Curt was a devoted husband and father who placed his trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as it is written in John 3:16. He attended Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship in Allentown PA.
Survivors in addition to his loving and devoted wife, four children, and his parents, are two sisters, Stephanie Hatch and her husband Stan of Clinton, N.J and Stacey Ehrenreich and her husband Steve of Flagstaff, A.Z. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 11am at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, N.J. 08833. Burial will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Cokesbury, N.J.
