Doris B. Sloan

Doris B. Sloan, age 90, of Clinton Twp., NJ passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Rolling Hills Care Center in Clinton Twp., NJ.

She was born on December 3, 1929 in Tewksbury Twp., NJ.  She had resided in Clinton Twp. for 62 years prior to moving to Rolling Hills Care Center.

She was the daughter of the late John Burd Jr. and Lizzy Bean Burd.

Her husband, John S. Sloan, passed away in 2009.

She worked for Hunterdon County in Flemington, NJ until her retirement.

Survivors include one daughter; Deborah Ann Doyle and her husband Daniel.  Three grandsons; Robert Longcor and his wife Victoria, Michael Longcor and his wife Robin and Christopher Longcor.  Seven great-grandchildren; Alex Longcor, Zach Longcor, Leah Longcor, Laura Longcor, Ashley Carvalho and her husband Mark, Brody Longcor, and three great-great grandchildren; Cecelia, Alexandra, and Mitchel Carvalho.

Predeceased by one son; John Sterling Sloan and one daughter; Kimberly E. Sloan.  She is also predeceased by three siblings.
