Ellen M. Cole

Ellen M. Cole, age 86, of High Bridge, NJ passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at home.  

She was born on February 15, 1935 in Quakertown, PA.  She was a long-time resident of High Bridge.

She was the daughter of the late Harry and Alma Brady Cleaver.

Her husband, George M. Cole, passed away in 2010 after 53 years of marriage.  

Ellen enjoyed reading science fiction books and she especially loved Frank Sinatra.  Years ago, she enjoyed cooking.

Memberships include the High Bridge United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter; Constance L. Fisher (Ron) of Lansford, PA.  Three grandchildren; Wayne William Wagner (Christina), Bridget Ann Wagner (Dave) and Christopher Lee Wagner (Jen).  Nine great-grandchildren; Matthew, Shane, Tara, Zach, Brandon, Gavin, Gabby, Sean and Jasmine.  Brother-in-law; Jay Cole (Judy) of High Bridge, NJ. Sister-in-law; Karen Cleaver of Washington, NJ.  She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.  

She is predeceased in addition to her husband by her two brothers; Ron Cleaver and Hunts Cleaver.

Graveside service will take place on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 12pm at Evergreen Cemetery in Clinton, NJ.  Arrangements by Naughright-Scarponi Funeral Home in High Bridge, NJ.
