Geraldine A. Sigler

Geraldine A. Sigler, age 71, of Califon, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Little Brook Nursing Home in Lebanon Twp., NJ. 

Geraldine was born on February 17, 1955, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late James and Ethel (Mattison) Mohan. She was a long-time resident of Edison, NJ, before recently moving to Califon, NJ. 

Geraldine was the beloved wife of the late Dennis F. Sigler, who passed away in 1982. 

Geraldine was a graduate of Edison High School and later worked as a bartender for Richie’s Bar in Edison, NJ. 

Geraldine always enjoyed having a good time with friends and family. She was a big Giants football fan and enjoyed listening to classic rock music. She loved celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, having been proud of her Irish heritage. 

Geraldine is survived by her loving children, Cassandra Sigler and her partner Daniel Sova, of High Bridge, NJ, and Gary Philpot of Indiana. Her granddaughter, Madison McPartland of Clearwater, FL. She is also survived by her brother Billy Mohan and his wife Susan of Illinois. Several nieces and nephews, including her niece Patti Clark and her husband, Michael. 

In addition to her husband, Geraldine is predeceased by her siblings including her sister, Ellen, and brother, Jimmy.
