James was born in Philadelphia, PA. His family moved to Pottersville, NJ where he and his brother Joe grew up. Jim graduated from Voorhees High School, and throughout his life was an avid bodybuilder and athlete. He met the love of his life Sharon through a Bible study his mother taught to young teens and young adults in their basement. Jim worked for NJ Transit for many years and had many different jobs until God called him in 2009 into law enforcement. He served the City of Allentown, PA as an officer, a detective, and as the Liaison for the police and the community. All would say he was a friend to everyone and anyone.
James will always be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, brother, nephew, friend, and an irreplaceable piece of the world we live in. His love for Jesus and compassion for others shined through him in every interaction. His faithfulness to God shaped his whole life and helped shape our lives too.
