Janet Anne Dunsby

Janet Anne Dunsby, age 82, of Clinton Twp., NJ passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ. 

She was born on July 20, 1941 in Jersey City, NJ.  She spent her childhood in Lake Hiawatha, NJ and resided in Clinton Twp., NJ since 1966.

She was the daughter of the late John and Anne Green Eckstein.

She was the wife of Walter Everett Dunsby, celebrating 59 years of marriage.

Janet was a graduate of Parsippany High School. 

She was very active in the Garden Club and volunteered with the Red Mill in Clinton, NJ for over 20 years.  She enjoyed gardening and doing needlework, specifically Japanese embroidery.  Most of all, she adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. 

Survivors in addition to her loving husband include three sons; Adam Dunsby and his wife Catherine of Easton, CT, Joshua Dunsby and his husband Alonso of San Francisco, CA and Jason Dunsby and his wife Jennifer of Tallahassee, FL. Six grandchildren; Caroline, Jack, Claire, Thomas, Gavin and Lilly Anne.  She is also survived by her sister; Virginia.

Predeceased by one brother; John Eckstein. 

All services will be private.
