Janice A. Moon

Janice A. Moon, age 94, of Clinton Twp., NJ passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Rolling Hills Care Center in Clinton Twp., NJ.

She was born on October 19, 1925 in Rochester, IN.  She resided in Bergen County from 1967 to 2004.  She was living at Rolling Hills Care Center since 2011.

She was the daughter of the late Otho and Marion Warren Allen.

Before her retirement, she worked as a Medical Records Clerk for Englewood Hospital in Englewood, NJ.

Janice was very passionate about music.  She was a very accomplished classical musician and she enjoyed playing the piano.  She also loved animals, especially cats.

Survivors include one son; Andrew Moon and his significant other Jolene Weiss of Clinton Twp., NJ and one daughter; Cynthia Moon of Sussex County, NJ.  She is also survived by one brother; Robert Allen and his wife Nancy of Palm Bay, FL.  

Predeceased by one sister; Jane Allen Shikoh.  She is also predeceased by her daughter-in-law; Elaine Potomski who passed away in February of 2004.
