Jason Marc Forino, age 39, of New York, NY passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in South Brunswick, NJ.

He was born on September 27, 1980 in New York, NY.

He was the son of Stephen Forino and Teresa Valdez Cervantes.

Jason had many passions in life, but the most important thing to him was being a father, as he loved his 11 year old son dearly.

Survivors include his wife; Natalia Vargas. One son; Stephen Jason Forino and step-daughter; Samantha. His parents, including his step-father Mauricio Cervantes. His twin sisters; Alexis Cervantes and Raquel Cervantes. He is also survived by paternal grandparents; Pasquale and Elsie Forino and maternal grandmother; Maria Valdez.

A memorial mass will be held in New Jersey and California at a later date.
