Jean M. DeBacco

Jean M. DeBacco, age 90, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Lopatcong Care Center in Phillipsburg, NJ.

She was born on February 15, 1932 in Peapack Gladstone, NJ.  She resided at Lopatcong Care Center for 4 years, moving from Whitehouse Station, NJ.

She was the daughter of the late William and Jean DeBacco.

She worked as a waitress at the Royal Diner in Branchburg, NJ until her retirement. 

Jean was an avid knitter.

Survivors include four children; William Wright of GA, Karen J. Sowden of Flemington, NJ, Cheryl A. Wright of Tuckerton, NJ and Brenda Lee Kafarski of Phillipsburg, NJ.  Five grandchildren; Kelly, Joey, Jesse, Cody and Tara.   Many great-grandchildren including Matthew, Noah, Michael, Stanley and Sam.  One brother; Michael DeBacco of Cape Coral, FL. 

Predeceased by her son; George Wright. One grandson; Kenny. Six siblings; William DeBacco, Dorothy Fox, Rita Card, Donald DeBacco, Thomas DeBacco and Madeline Fisher.

All services will be private.
