John B. Jenkins II

John B. Jenkins II, age 68, of Milford, NJ passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at home.

He was born on July 18, 1955 in Scotch Plains, NJ. He was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, spending his childhood in Tewksbury Twp., NJ.  He resided in Milford for the past 22 years. 

John was the son of the late George Jenkins and Elizabeth Morely Coopersmith.

He was the husband of Edward C. Holt, celebrating 30 years together.

He attended North Hunterdon High School in Annandale, NJ. 

John was an Engineer for Ballantine Laboratories in Annandale, NJ until his retirement in 2023. 

John loved John Deere tractors, wearing Hawaiian shirts, and going to Baseball games. 

Survivors in addition to his loving husband include three siblings; Judy Jenkins, Pat Foley and Tim Foley. 

Visitation will take place on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 10am-11am with Memorial Service at 11am at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ.  Interment will be private.
