Judith “Judy” Margaret Crowley, age 74, of Hampton Borough, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Foothill Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Hillsborough, NJ.
Born on September 23, 1951, in Somerville, NJ, to the late Thomas and Roberta (Hibler) Crowley. She was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, having been raised in High Bridge before establishing residence in Hampton, NJ.
Following her graduation from High Bridge High School, Judy embarked on a career as a beautician. She owned and operated her own salon, Carmine’s, in Bernardsville, NJ, where she worked for many years.
Judy enjoyed spending time at home and was an avid reader. During the summer months, she enjoyed gardening at the Hampton Manor Apartments, cultivating friendships with many of the residents. For special occasions, she would make her famous Jello cakes. Visiting Disney with her family was a special joy in her life. She also treasured time spent walking her friend's dog, Bella, whom she loved very much.
She is predeceased by her brother Alan Crowley. Judy is survived by her two sisters, Joyce Dexheimer and her husband, Kevin, of Erwinna, PA, and Diane Nichols of Pattenburg, NJ. She is also survived by her niece, Kelly Crowley, and her nephew, Robert Nichols.
All services will remain private.
Arrangements are under the direction of Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home in Lebanon, NJ.
