Kathleen A. Gallaway

Kathleen A. Gallaway, age 58, of Morristown, NJ passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at home after a short illness.

She was born in Plainfield, N.J., residing in Middlesex & Hunterdon counties before spending the last 23 years in Morristown, N.J.

She was the daughter of Nancy J. Stutz Gallaway and George Gallaway of Bethlehem Twp., NJ

Kathy was a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School, class of 1982.  She also attended East Stroudsburg University.

Kathy worked the last 12 years at the Morristown Rite-Aid.

Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, celebrating holidays, birthdays & get-togethers. She also loved country music concerts, going to the Jersey Shore, and was an avid sports fan. She will be remembered for having a great sense of humor and a compassionate heart.

She is survived by her beloved Mother, and preceded in death by her father.

She is also survived by her loving partner of 34 years Patricia Hoehn-Gallaway.

Two brothers; William G. Gallaway and his wife Katherine of Erwinna, PA and Kenneth S. Gallaway and his wife Mary Ann of Clinton, NJ.  One sister; Kimberly J. Peverley and her husband Martin of Clinton, NJ.  There are eight nieces and nephews, two great-nieces, and two great-nephews. 

Calling hours will take place on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.  Funeral Service will be Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11am.  All at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ.  Interment at Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook, NJ.
