On Saturday, February 6, 2021, Lee H Weber, loving husband, father, and doting grandfather passed away at the age of 80.
Lee was born on August 18, 1940 in Chatham, NJ to Edward and Ruth Weber. After graduation from Bayley-Ellard in Madison, NJ he went on to graduate from both Newark College of Engineering and Teterboro School of Aeronautics. In 1972 he married the love of his life, Diane, and they moved to Clinton. Lee worked in aviation for over fifty years, but his love for airplanes started during childhood. While in high school Lee purchased a kit to build an airplane and flew his home-built, "experimental" aircraft over his high school graduation ceremony.
A mechanical and mathematical genius, Lee will be remembered for his quick wit, green thumb, and ability to fix anything.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Ruth, his brothers Kenneth and Lawrence, his sister Joan, and his nephew David. He is survived by his wife of nearly fifty years Diane, his daughters Jennifer, Kimberly, and Marcela and their spouses, six (soon to be 7) grandchildren, his sister Dorothy (Jim), and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be held in the summer to celebrate and remember his life.
