Lisa Morgado Obituary

Lisa A. Morgado, age 55, of East Brunswick, NJ passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.

She was born on May 23, 1965 in Somerville, NJ.  She grew up in Hampton, NJ and resided in East Brunswick,  NJ for the past 11 years.

She was the daughter of George Erdek of Hampton, NJ and the late Jean Post Erdek.

Lisa was the wife of Michael A. Morgado, celebrating 17 years of marriage.

Lisa was a 1983 graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School.

She was currently employed as a Director for Phillips-Van Heusen Corp. in Bridgewater, NJ.  

Lisa loved going to the beach and she also adored her dogs, Nico and Love.  She enjoyed watching the NJ Devils and Formula One Racing.  Lisa loved supporting her daughter dancing at Vision Dance Center where she loved being involved with the teachers and other Moms. She thought of the dance company as her family.  

Survivors in addition to her loving husband include her daughter; Mia Alani Morgado.  Four siblings; George Erdek and his wife Robin, Cynthia Joyce and her husband Paul, Brian Erdek and his partner Kelley Webb and Tom Erdek and his wife Michelle.  She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephew; Heather Wallace and her husband Ty, Kaytee Joyce, Holly Joyce and her husband William, Lindsay Erdek and Brian Erdek.  Great-niece and nephew; Ryder and Lydia.  She will also be missed by many dear friends who she cherished.

All services will be private.
