Robert Arch Hoffman

Robert Arch Hoffman, age 80, of High Bridge, NJ passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024 at St. Luke’s Hospital Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, NJ.  

He was born on October 18, 1944 in Hampton, NJ. He was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, NJ. He resided in Hampton, Union Twp., and Glen Gardner for many years before moving to High Bridge. 

He was the son of the late Herbert and Irene Cox. 

He was a graduate of High Bridge High school, class of 1963. 

Robert was a US Army veteran serving during the Vietnam war era from 1965 to 1970. 

Robert worked in the plastics manufacturing industry until his retirement. 

Robert was an avid racing fan. Every weekend he could be found watching the races. 

Memberships include the Church of the Nazarene in Annandale, NJ. 

Survivors include three children; Bryan Hoffman of Pennsylvania, Timothy Hoffman and his wife Melissa of South Carolina and Shannon Hoffman of Montana. Seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11am at Musconetcong Valley Cemetery in Hampton, NJ.  

Arrangements are under the direction of Naughright-Scarponi Funeral Home in High Bridge, NJ.
