Robin Ann Burke, age 69, of Clinton Twp., NJ passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on October 17, 1953 in Summit, NJ. She grew up in Scotch Plains, NJ and was a graduate of Scotch Plains High School. Robin resided in Clinton Twp., NJ since 1985.
She was the daughter of the late Clarence Victor and Anna Violet Owen Johnston.
She was the wife of Thomas Francis Burke, celebrating 42 years of marriage.
Robin was happiest surrounded by her family. She was a kind and happy soul. A loving wife and wonderful mother to her two children. She brightened every room with her smile and laugh, and brought joy to all those around her.
Robin enjoyed attending exercise classes at the Hunterdon Health & Wellness Center in Whitehouse, NJ. She was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time outdoors with her husband.
She is survived by her husband, along with her two children, Thomas Francis Burke and his wife Tharathorn of Hillsborough, NJ and Caitlin Ann Burke and her fiancé Evan Manasse of Jersey City, NJ. One grandson; Natin ‘Jaguar’ Benjaroon. Two brothers; Jerry Johnston and his wife Diane of North Plainfield, NJ and Ron Johnston and his wife Sara Sautter of Taos, NM. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws and several nieces and nephews, along with her cat Gracie.
Calling hours will take place on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 12pm – 2pm with funeral service at 2pm, all at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ. Interment will be private.
