Royd Bodine Alpaugh, age 63, of Whitehouse Station, NJ passed away on Thursday, August, 13, 2020 at Merwick Care & Rehab Center in Plainsboro, NJ.
He was born on September 20, 1956 in Flemington, NJ. He resided in Milford, NJ for 20 years before moving to Whitehouse Station one year ago.
He was the son of Joan E. Baldwin Alpaugh of Lebanon, NJ and the late Raymond I. Alpaugh who passed way in 2000.
He was a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School, class of 1975.
Royd was a US Air Force Veteran serving as a plumbing specialist from 1976 to 1980.
He was a Truck Driver for most of his career, working for various companies over many years.
Royd loved NASCAR and was an avid Giants fan. He enjoyed keeping his trucks polished and pristine.
Survivors in addition to his loving mother include one sister; Cheryl Dowd of Easton, PA. One brother; Rory Alpaugh and his wife Colleen of Lebanon, NJ. Nieces and nephews; Liam Dowd, Danielle Dowd, Rory Charles Alpaugh and Daniel Alpaugh.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
