Timothy J. Bushey

Timothy J. Bushey, age 48, of Clinton Twp., NJ, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Morristown Medical Center. 

Timothy was born on November 2, 1976, in West Long Branch, NJ, to Walter and Beverly (Oakley) Bushey. 

He was the husband of Trisha (Schaub) Bushey. They were together for 30 years. 

Timothy graduated from Middletown North High School in 1995. He was a Licensed Director of Electrification at Sunrun Solar in Somerset, NJ. 

He enjoyed spending time with his kids outside. He also loved cooking.  He loved hunting, fishing, bike riding and of course working out. He enjoyed previously coaching his sons wresting and football team and all of his snuggles with his daughter.

In addition to his wife, Timothy is survived by his two children, Timothy Jr. ‘TJ’ and Brianna Bushey. Three siblings: Walter Bushey and his wife, Roxanne; Richard Bushey and his wife, Carla; Michelle Bushey and her significant other, Zinta. One brother-in-law, George Schaub III, and his wife, Sandra. Several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will take place Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 11am to 1pm with memorial service at 12:30 pm, all at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made as donations to his two beloved children via the family’s  Go Fund Me page.
