Veronica 'Bonnie' A. Tenneson

Veronica A. ‘Bonnie’ Tenneson, age 72, of Califon, NJ passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at home.

She was born on September 6, 1950 in Bayonne, NJ.  She spent her childhood in Westfield, NJ and resided in Califon for the past 30 years.

She was the daughter of the late Francis W. and Vivian Greene Sharkey.

Bonnie graduated from Boston University with her bachelor’s degree.  She worked as a Title Searcher for Heritage Abstract Company in Morristown, NJ until her retirement.

She enjoyed traveling and cooking.

Survivors include her daughter; Rachel Tenneson of Philadelphia, PA.  One sister; Tinker Sharkey of Manchester, NJ.  One nephew; Shawn Fricke and his wife Jackie.  She is also survived by numerous cousins. 

Predeceased by one brother; Gene Sharkey who died in 2012. 

Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 12pm – 2pm at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ. Interment will be private.
