Warren E. Toyberg

Warren E. Toyberg, age 94, of Nazareth, PA passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA.

He was born on October 9, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY.  He was the son of the late Charles and Kezia Lang Toyberg. He was a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia and a US Navy veteran.

Previous memberships include the Coast Guard Auxiliary as well as a Police Reservist in East Brunswick, NJ. He was a member of Church of the Nazarene in Annandale, NJ where he was a member of the choir.

Warren was an Insurance Underwriter retiring from Prudential Reinsurance in New York, NY.  He loved camping, boating and spending time with his family. 

His wife Trudy passed away in 2010 after 57 years of marriage.

Survivors include three daughters; Donna Sliker and her husband Trent of Bushnell, FL, Lisa Nichols and her husband Tony of Easton, PA and Cheryl Weisel and her husband Mark of Stewartsville, NJ, and daughter-in-law, Laurie Toyberg, of Easton, PA.  Nine grandchildren; Bryan Sliker and his wife Bobbi, Joseph Sliker, Stephanie Roam and her husband John, Joshua Nichols, Sarah Steward and her husband Joshua, Rachel Negron and her husband Daniel, Emily Lippert and her husband Ben, Evan Toyberg and his wife Shandi, and Rebecca Toyberg.  Two great-granddaughters; Acadia Sliker and Ophelia Sliker.  

Predeceased in addition to his wife, was his son Warren E. Toyberg II who passed away in 2018.  One brother; CondèToyberg and one sister; Mignon Donnellon.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 11am to 12pm at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ. Funeral Service will be directly following at 12pm.  Interment at Mountain View Cemetery in Cokesbury, NJ.
