Wayne Chilewski

Wayne Chilewski, age 75, of Hampton, NJ passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at home.

He was born on January 18, 1948 in Somerville, NJ.  He grew up in Bound Brook, NJ and was a long-time resident of Hampton, NJ. 

He was a retired Engineer for Protective Coatings in Bridgewater, NJ.

Wayne enjoyed gardening and doing yard work.  He loved baseball and was an avid NY Yankees fan.  He was passionate about MG convertibles.  He also enjoyed going to consignment shops, antiquing, and selling his finds on eBay.  He loved animals. 

Wayne loved his neighbors in Hampton.  He was very close with them and was known to pay for the neighbor’s kids college books.  He will always be remembered for being very generous. 

Survivors include many beloved neighbors and his beloved cat, Zimba. 

All services will be private.
