William ‘Bill’ B. Conover, age 71, of Bath, PA, passed away on September 19, 2025, at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ.
Bill was born on January 24, 1954, in Flemington, NJ, to the late William and Doris (Apgar) Conover. He grew up in High Bridge, NJ, graduating from High Bridge High School in 1972. He moved to Bath, PA, in the early 1990s.
Bill worked for FL Smidth Inc. before working for Weis Markets as a grocery clerk in Bethlehem, PA.
Growing up, Bill was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church. He also served on the High Bridge Fire Company for 10 years.
Bill loved gardening and working on crossword puzzle books. He enjoyed watching all sports, and he also loved collecting coins.
Bill is survived by his sister, Nancy VanNatta, and her husband, Robert, of High Bridge, NJ, and his brother, Russ Conover, and his wife, Connie, of Cumming, GA. His four nieces and nephews: Craig (Courtney); Kelly (Karl); Ryan; Amanda (Cody). His six great-nephews and nieces: Addison, Brad, Adrian, Easton, Crew, and Rider.
Graveside service will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11am, at Mountain View Cemetery in Lebanon, NJ.
Arrangements are under the direction of Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home in Lebanon, NJ.
