Wolfram Christian Kurt Huschke, 72, of Union Township, NJ, died February 15, 2022.

Born August 28, 1949 in Bayreuth, Germany, he was a son of the late John and Ann (Wunderlich) Huschke. He came to the United States at two and a half years-old.

He was a retired teacher for Somerset County Vocational Technical School and the Bernardsville School System. He also worked for the former Zappa Plastics, Phillipsburg, NJ.

He graduated from Trenton State College with a Bachelor's Degree in English.

He and his wife, the former Catherine Galauski observed their 41st wedding anniversary last July 21st.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Jessica Husenke of Montpelier, Vermont and Christian Huschke of Union Township, NJ; a granddaughter August Rain Huschke-Martel and a sister, Diana Huschke of Wind Gap, PA. A brother Daniel died in May of 2020.

He was very devoted to his family and was a past baseball and soccer coach for them. He also enjoyed working outdoors.
