How to Obtain Additional Death Certificates

Initial death certificates (at the time of death) are obtained at The Lebanon Borough Hall. If you wish to get death certificate copies from an individual who passed away more than one year ago, the copies must be obtained through Trenton. The Trenton office's contact information is:
